A leap

big screen

A stage of the work – arranging scenes on a bathroom wall in one of the many places I lived during the ten years of the project

The editing process for my film took about seven years, during which I made extensive revisions and fine-tuning. I would spend weeks editing scenes, rethink their order, and then take long breaks to evaluate the result.

Working alone, without a co-director, editor, or financial backing, I had to battle my own perfectionism, but I also had all the time in the world to give the film all the years and energy it required.
